About

This is the official blog of GolfTEC.

The purpose of this blog is simple: Deliver golf-related content that provides value to our readers (you). We want you as the reader to be involved in our blog. Give us your thoughts on posts, ask questions, offer suggestions — we want to hear from you. You can do this by leaving comments after each individual post.

Without listing a bunch of rules, here are a few guidelines for commenting on the GolfTEC Blog:

  1. Refrain from posting profane, derogatory or generally inappropriate comments
  2. If you wish to critique something, keep it constructive — we don’t want any mud-slinging
  3. Comment as often as you like, the more interaction the better

If any comments are deemed inappropriate, GolfTEC reserves the right to remove them from the blog.

With that out of the way, we hope you enjoy reading our blog. And if you like what you see, go ahead and subscribe.

You can choose to have our blog delivered to you via email or RSS feed — whichever you prefer. Subscribing is a convenient way for you to stay connected with GolfTEC, and it helps us know how we’re doing with the blog.

What application is needed to view the online swing videos on a Mac? We are unable to view the videos due to missing app. Thanks

  2. GolfTEC says:

Andrea, to watch your WebLessons on a Mac, you’ll need to download the Flip4Mac WMV Player plugin. Here’s the URL for the plugin:

    http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/player/wmcomponents.mspx

You should be all set to go with that plugin. Let us know if it gives you any trouble. Thanks.

  3. Myra says:

What about for an iPad.? It would be helpful to make that information available to Golftec customers on the home page or on the personal video age.

  4. Jennifer Orsak says:

I agree with Myra. As a travel professional, I cannot carry my laptop to some countries. An iPad app would alleviate that problem. Many of your students would benefit.

It is unbelieveble golftec does not have a way to access their website from an ipad. Not much “TECH” environment here. I just will wait until someone come up with this option before i join golftec classes.

  5. Kai says:

I haven’t been able to access the ppc.golftec.com portion of the website in the last few days, I keep getting the GBOSH Golftec ad. Is there a way around it or is the website broken? I’m trying to review some of my lesson videos and schedule another lesson.

  6. THOMAS GREEN says:

Has anything been created to watch lesson video on the iPad yet?

  7. Jamal says:

Everything is very open with a really clear explanation of the challenges. It was definitely informative. Your website is extremely helpful. Thanks for sharing!

  8. This was my latest post for the site and I thought my readers here might enjoy
it. For article generation, you’ve got a selection of two types of
    tools.

  9. Matthias says:

If you are blogging for money, consistent effort is necessary in order to see
results. A student called Justin Hall began writing an online journal.
